Curso 2017/18

1st term notes for1st ESO, 2nd ESO, 4th ESO and 1st Bachillerato.

Remember that in the Page "Entrenamiento" you can find the "physical fitness worksheet", and the fitness training program ("Programa para la mejora de la salud").

When starting your fitness trainig program consider:
  1. Start from the training load (level of training) according to your marks at the 1st taking of the tests. This way:
  • If your mark in the running test (endurance) is below 3, start with the training load described in October.
  • If your mark in the running test is below 4, start now (October) with the training load described in November.
  • If your mark in the running test is below 5, start now with the training load described in December.
  • If your mark in the push up test or sit up test (muscle endurance) is below 3, start with the training load described in October.
  • If your mark in the push up test or sit up test is below 4, start now with the training load described in November.
  • If your mark in the push up test or sit up test is below 5, start now with the training load described in December.
  •  If your mark in the 10x5m test (change of direction speed)or long jump test (explosive strength) is below 3, 4 or 5, follow the same instruction mentioned for the push up test and the sit up test.
  • If you reach the training load described in May before it is actually May, increase your running speed in the case of the runing program, or the number or repetitions in the case of the resistance program (strength program).
  1. Practice each physical ability (each physical ability program) 3/4 times a week.
  2. If you need to improve your endurance (running training program) and your strength (circuit training program), practice 1 day a week for each program (2 days for the week) and 2 days combining both programs.
  3. If you need to improve your flexibility and any other phusical ability, do it after the endurance or strength program.
