Trabajos para la 1ª evaluación de EF en 1º de bachillerato
Estos trabajos son obligatorios para los alumnos que no han realizado las sesiones prácticas por motivos justificados.
1º: Recopilación de 4 sesiones prácticas que incluyan calentamiento, parte principal y vuelta a la calma.
Dos sesiones para el desarrollo de la resistencia aeróbica y otras 2 para el desarrollo de la fuerza. En cada ejercicio es necesario incluir su objetivo, duración/repeticiones y descripción (en qué consiste, cómo se desarrolla y qué material se necesita).
2º: Análisis crítico a partir de documentación consultada sobre la influencia de los hábitos sociales  negativos (sedentarismo, drogadicción, alcoholismo, tabaquismo, etcétera).
Requisitos:
·         Extensión mínima de 5 páginas: 1 para cada sesión y 1 para el análisis crítico. Debe estar manuscrito y debe recoger, al menos, la consulta de 3 fuentes bibliográficas.
Fecha de recogida: 5 de diciembre.
P.E. 1st term project for 1st to 4th ESO
This project is compulsory for those students who have not done the practical sessions for justified reasons (illness, injuries).
It consists of describing 2 practical sessions that include warm up, main part and cooling down (from 2nd ESO). The 1st. session must be for endurance training and the 2nd one for speed in 1st ESO (remember games played in class), or strength from 2nd to 4th ESO.
Don´t forget to describe every exercise and to mention how long it takes/how many repetitions are done.

Make diagrams or drawings when you need to.

Requirements:
  • Length: at least 2 pages for 1st and 2nd ESO, and 3 pages for 3rd and 4th ESO, excluding the front page, index, diagrams or drawings.
  • Handwritten.
  • Date collection: From the 2nd to the 5th of December.
Trabajos para la 1ª evaluación de EF desde 1º a 4º de ESO.
Consiste en la descripción de 2 sesiones prácticas en las que se incluyan el calentamiento, la parte principal y la vuelta a la calma. La 1ª sesión debe ser para el entrenamiento de la resistencia aeróbica, y la 2ª para el entrenamiento de la velocidad en 1º ESO (recordad los juegos utilizados en clase) o de la fuerza a partir de 2º ESO.
No olvides describir cada ejercicio y mencionar cuánto lleva/cuántas repeticiones se hacen.
Haz diagramas o dibujos si lo necesitas.

Requisitos:
  • Al menos 3 páginas, sin contar con la portada, el índice, diagramas o dibujos.
  • Manuscrito.
  • Fecha de recogida: Del 2 al 5 de diciembre.

The projetct for the 3rd. Term P.E. 3rd ESO



It consists of describing 2 practical sessions about handball that include warm up, main part and cooling down. Each one must include 5 exercises about combining different skills: Passing, dribbling and shooting, and 1 on1/4 on 4/ 7 on 2 games to play offense and defense. Don´t forget to mention the objective of every exercise, to describe it (and make a drawing if you need it) and to mention how long it takes.

Requirements:
  • Length: at least 2 pages, excluding the front page and index.
  • Handwritten.
  • Date collection: The exam date.

This video shows crossings (take a look from 2’11” to 3’40” 2v2: crossing over the one with the ball; 3v3: over the one without it. From then on there are more complex situations: 5v5 without pivot…)
The next video shows different player and ball movement situations: from 2’12” to 2’35”: 3v3 attacking in waves situations (parallel thrust), from 3’25” to 4’08”: 2v2 give and go situations, from 4’08” on: 2v2 and 4v4 crossing situations when the crossing player doesn't shoot, but passes the ball to his teammate.

The 1st term project for 3rd ESO

This projects is compulsory for those students with 4 or more absences (justified or not), and an option for those who want to improve their marks if they pass their exams.

It consists of describing 2 practical sessions that include warm up, main part and cooling down. The 1st. session must be for endurance training and the 2nd. one for athletics including 2 exercises of sprints, 2 of relay races and 2 of shot put. Don´t forget to describe every exercise and to mention how long it takes.

Requirements:
  • Length: at least 3 pages, excluding the front page, graphics and index.
  • Handwritten.
  • Date collection: The exam date.

The 2nd term project for 3rd ESO

It consists of describing 2 practical sessions that include warm up, main part and cooling down. The 1st. session must be 1 badminton practical session that includes 5 exercises about combining different serves and strokes: The lift, low or drive serves, with clears, drops, smashes, drives, blocks, lifts and net drops. The 2nd one will be for athletics including 2 exercises of hurdling, 2 of triple jump and 2 of high jump. Don´t forget to mention the objective of every exercise, to describe it (and make a drawing if necessary) and to mention how long it takes.

Requirements:
  • Length: at least 2 pages, excluding the front page and index.
  • Handwritten.
  • Date collection: The exam date.
