This projects is compulsory for those students with 4 or more absences (justified or not), and an option for those who want to improve their marks if they pass their exams.
It consists of describing 2 practical sessions that include warm up, main part and cooling down. The 1st. session must be for endurance training and the 2nd. one for basketball, which includes 2 exercises of dribbling, 2 of passing, 2 of shooting and a game with rules. Don´t forget to describe every exercise and to mention how long it takes.
Requirements:
- Length: at least 3 pages, excluding the front page, graphics and index.
- Handwritten.
- Date collection: From 14th to 16th of December.
