The projetct for the 1st. Term P.E. 3rd ESO
This projects is compulsory for those students with 4 or more absences (justified or not), and an option for those who want to improve their marks if they pass their exams.
It consists of describing 2 practical sessions that include warm up, main part and cooling down. The 1st. session must be for endurance training and the 2nd.
one for athletics, which includes 2 exercises of sprints, 2 of relay races, and 2 of shot put. Don´t forget to describe
every exercise and to mention how long it takes.
Requirements:
- Length: at least 3 pages, excluding the front page, graphics and index.
- Handwritten.
- Date collection: From 17th to 18th of December.
